Marketer/Web Publisher

The Tuned Roots Marketing Division is in search of music and journalism students interested in providing reviews on local college music scenes. The selected publishers will play a vital role in acquiring local information and publishing content to a local site and the Tuned Roots Network. All candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written skills in order to interview musicians and bands. They will also accumulate clear, concise information for web publishing. Basic computer skills and online access are required for these positions.

Entertainers

The Tuned Roots A & R Division is in search of talented entertainers. We do not discriminate between good and bad, nor do we define what makes an entertainer an entertainer. We allow that to be determined by the fans and supporters. All entertainers will be evaluated by Tuned Roots based on press kits, portfolios, etc. The Tuned Roots Network is based on the use of networking many entertainers with complementary goals.

Please send us the following information in addition to any other data you feel is necessary for digitization:

1)  Bio: Name, Address, Phone, and Stage and/or Band Name...and of course, your roots.

2)  Links: Website, Reverbnation, YouTube, Facebook/Myspace, and "other online traffic hubs"...we dig Reverbnation

3)  Career Status: How long have you been entertaining? What kind of gigs are you doing? What direction is your career trajectory...in other words, where are you heading?

4)  Short Term Goals: Where do you plan on being in 3-5 years?...if you need direction on this, please skip down to #5.

5)  Long Term Goals: Where do you plan on being in 5-10 years?...if you need direction on this, please refer to #4.

All Tuned Roots Entertainers and Web Publishers will accumulate equity in the Tuned Roots Network in the form of quarterly dividends (monthly as soon as possible).The starting percentage of the entertainers' or publishers' equity will be dependent upon the successes of the Tuned Roots Network and their contributions to the successes of their internal networks. All positions are available internationally with a relatively heavier demand in areas surrounding large universities and urban communities.
